This Extraordinary General Meeting was called in order to discuss the current situation of the Annan Archery Club known as Kirkpatrick Archers.
Alan and Chris had attended meetings with the committee of Kirkpatrick Archers and discussed the situation with Loreburn members. Kirkpatrick Archers will dissolve the Club as at 1st October 2017.
It was put to members present to absorb Kirkpatrick Archers for the rest of the indoor season.
There was a show of hands and a unanimous decision was made by members present to absorb Kirkpatrick Archers pending dispersal of equipment and funds passed by the Scottish Archery Association in favour of Loreburn Archers.
Alan closed the meeting at 8pm.
