NOTICE TO ALL CLUB MEMBERS
There will be an Extraordinary General Meeting called on Tuesday 9th January 2018 at St Josephs College at 7.15pm for the following proposal to be voted on.
The proposal is for a change of venue for the club indoor shooting season from the current premises at St Josephs College on a Tuesday evening between 7pm and 9pm with a view to moving to the David Keswick Centre on a Friday evening between the times of 8pm and 10pm or a Saturday (times to be discussed).
This is to give 21 clear days notice of such meeting.
If you can not attend we would love to hear your thoughts. Every members opinion is valued and we need to hear what your feelings on the matter are. If you are not able to attend or would like to know more or any specific information please email, phone or text Chris and he will pass your thoughts at the EGM.

We completely appreciate that a Friday night or Saturday will not suit everyone. Unfortunately that is the only time slots the David Keswick centre have available. Please come along to the EGM and hear all the information on the matter.
